P.L. 114-94, the Fixing America’s Surface Transportation (FAST) Act, is due for a one-year extension the week of September 28th and is expected to pass as part of the Continuing Resolution lawmakers must enact to continue funding the government past September 30, which is both the end of the fiscal year and the expiration of the FAST Act.
