The Resilient and Real podcast, presented by the San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health (DBH), features open and honest discussions with subject matter experts, consumers, and staff regarding mental health, substance use disorders and self-care, to promote prevention, intervention, recovery, and resiliency for individuals, families, and communities. Topics range from suicide prevention, addiction, depression, mental health stigma, culture, careers, and other wellness related topics.
