Kessler Park is the recreation and athletic flagship of Bloomington Recreation and Park District (BRPD) in need of improvements for safety and well being for the community. The Park District initiated capital improvements to include, safer lighting, turf and parking lot upgrades, and batting cage improvements, all to give a safe and welcoming feel to visitors and participants.
