The Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook County (CCC), the most extensive unified court system in the world, developed a proprietary COVID-19 Attestation Management System (CAMS) to control and prevent the spread of COVID-19 infections in the court system during an unprecedented pandemic –completed in two phases. The CCC CAMS solution quickly confirms an employee’s vaccination (or additional status) and maximizes efficiencies in managing COVID-19 and other potential viral infection events. The system was built to complete and/or track the following: A. Creates a roadmap for a fast and safe return to in-office work. B. Confirms vaccination status and provides a tool for exemption requirement compliance. C. Helps the court system stay ahead of regulation changes and requirements. D. Protects employee health information. E. Creates a role-based dashboard maximizing return-on-investment (ROI) benefits. F. Provides employees with a tool to upload information securely. G.
