Rachele Trigueros

Rachele sits on the Local and State Government Engagement team for Visa where she builds relationships with government and community partners to advance Visa's priorities. Rachele is based in San Francisco and has worked to support small business initiatives, financial education, government disbursements and more. Passionate about making the Bay Area an inclusive home to all, Rachele also co-leads Visa’s Government Engagement Inclusion & Diversity Committee.

Prior to joining Visa, Rachele worked for five years at the Bay Area Council, a non-profit public policy advocacy organization in the San Francisco Bay Area. Rachele worked on housing policy, workforce development, diversity and inclusion, water policy, and led organizational strategy and transformation.

Born and raised in the East Bay, Rachele holds a Master’s in Public Policy from University of California, Irvine and a Bachelors in American Studies from University of California, Santa Cruz. In her free time, Rachele enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her cat Chibi.
