Melissa Krouse

Melissa serves as NACo's corporate relations assistant, bringing with her 10 years of experience in marketing, communications and partner relationships.

Prior to joining NACo, Melissa led the strategic marketing initiatives as the Senior Marketing Manager at The Cook & Boardman Group and served as the Director of Technology Marketing and Partnerships for the County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania. She is extremely passionate and dedicated to serving others, developing and nurturing internal and external partnerships, and delivering unique client experiences.

Melissa holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Lebanon Valley College and an associate’s degree in humanities from Harrisburg Area Community College. She has professional marketing certifications from The Digital Marketing Institute and the American Marketing Association and a professional leadership certification from ARMA International.
