Matt Joyce

Matt Joyce is a Founder and Partner at Envoy Advisory, a social impact consulting firm. Through Envoy's Fair Chance Employment practice, Matt has led inclusive hiring engagements with large companies, industry associations, government agencies and workforce boards, implementing best-in-class hiring policies and launching targeted initiatives to recruit and support candidates with past convictions. Matt previously held leadership roles with the GreenLight Fund and Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO). Matt holds a BA from Haverford College and an MPP from the Harvard Kennedy School.
