Kristin Silva

Kristin serves as the community development manager for Waukesha County, Wis., leading the county’s work on implementation of HOME and CDBG funding. 

She is a specialist in affordable housing policy and development, and has experience working in government and nonprofits to advance solutions for poverty. Kristin previously served as a program manager for the Wisconsin partnership for housing development, Inc. 

Kristin holds a Masters of Public Policy and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and is a board member of the Community Action Coalition of South Central Wisconsin and the Housing Action Coalition of Waukesha County.
