Jessica Mullins

Jessica Mullins is the County Administrator in Yates County, NY. With over 15 years of experience in management roles and three years in County Government, Jessica has helped streamline the County’s occupancy tax collection to ensure prompt collection and compliance in this every growing STR market. She holds a Master’s degree from Keuka College and is skilled in problem-solving, local & state laws and regulations, finance and budgeting and project management. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys hiking, traveling and spending time with her family in the Adirondack Mountains.
