Jerry L. Evans

Currently serving as the Coordinator of the Polk County Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (CJCC), Jerry was the Executive Director of Iowa’s 5th Judicial District Department of Correctional Services from 2016 to 2023. Jerry served as the Supervising U.S. Probation Officer for the Southern District of Iowa for 20 years and currently serves on the Altoona City Council. Jerry received a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from the University of Northern Iowa and a Master of Arts in Public Administration from Drake University.
