Jennifer Henning

Jennifer Henning serves as the Executive Director of the County Counsels’ Association and Litigation Counsel for the California State Association of Counties (CSAC).  In this role, she reviews cases of interest to county government, supervises the CSAC amicus program, and provides general counsel services to CSAC.  

Prior to her current position, she was a Deputy County Counsel in Yolo County where she focused on land use and planning issues, and also served as counsel to the Yolo County Transportation District and Yolo County Public Guardian.  She also previously served as Associate Counsel at the International Municipal Lawyers Association in Washington, D.C.    

Ms. Henning is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento and the George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C.
