Biography
Jennifer, Manager, National Trainer Network and Quality provides oversight and supervision of the certified MHFA National Trainer (NT) consultant pool across all curricula and products. As an integral part of the Office of the Vice President -MHFA-USA, she designs and facilitates specialized exceptional learning opportunities across the globe. In her role she is focused on curricula fidelity, quality, and outcomes, and is responsible for ensuring the team of NTs maintain fidelity to the MHFA curricula, model best practices in adult learning techniques, and remain current on all program innovations and fulfillment procedures. Jennifer earned her dual Bachelor of Science degrees from Bowling Green State University and her Master of Arts from Columbia College Chicago. Jen’s professional career has included extensive experience in clinical practice, law enforcement/ corrections, community behavioral health, youth services, county & state government, and corporate wellness
