Jennifer Chapman

Jennifer Chapman serves as the Senior Communications Manager for the City of Johns Creek, Georgia, shaping the City’s public messaging and managing its presence across a variety of digital platforms including websites and social media channels.

She began her career in local government in 2011 and has become a leader in digital government, user experience, and content creation, winning more than a dozen awards for her work on municipal government websites and graphic design. With an expertise in marketing and content creation, Jennifer’s work has played a key role in shaping strategic decisions that boost community engagement, streamline digital services, and enhance overall user experience.

Jennifer is the current president of the National Association of Government Web Professionals (NAGW) and has previously served as the organization’s treasurer. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, as well as traveling, reading, volunteering, and playing sports.
