J.C. Craig

J.C. Craig is a non-profit consultant nationally recognized for designing and implementing strategies that leverage the tax system to build financial empowerment for low-income individuals and families. He has been instrumental in creating two national volunteer tax assistance and advocacy coalitions: The Taxpayer Opportunity Network (TON) and its predecessor, the National Community Tax Coalition (NCTC). He has served on multiple national advisory committees, most recently the IRS Electronic Tax Administration Advisory Committee. As part of his consulting services, he is the Technical Assistance and Training Lead for the CFPB's Tax Time Initiative Mr. Craig holds a B.A. from Earlham College and an M.A. from the Earlham School of Religion.
