Hon. Heather Kimball

Chair Kimball serves as the Vice-Chair of the NACo Resilient Counties Advisory Board, Vice-Chair for the National Association of Counties (NACo) Environmental, Energy, and Land-Use Steering Committee and Vice-Chair of the NACo Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) Subcommittee.  Chair Kimball was also appointed by the Environmental Protection Agency to serve as a member of the Local Government Advisory Committee.
