Eliya Harnood

Eliya Harnood is a Research Analyst providing contract support for SelectUSA’s Investment Research Team with Ascendant Program Services. In this role, she provides data and analysis services for foreign investors and domestic economic development organizations. Eliya has developed her research and data analysis skills in international trade and foreign policy from prior roles at think tanks and the public sector. She holds a master’s in public policy with a specialization in international security and economic policy from the University of Maryland.
