Eduardo Levi Mendes

Eduardo Levi Mendes is a VITA Program Specialist II for the Montgomery County DHHS-Community Action Agency VITA Program. Speaks fluently in Spanish and Portuguese. He is an Enrolled Agent, working towards his CPA certification in MD. Completed his A.A in business administration from Montgomery College. Graduated from the University of Baltimore with a B.A in International Business with a minor in Public Economics and Accounting. He will complete his MBA from UMD Smith School of Business with a specialization in Data Analytics and Finance in 2024. He is an Enrolled Agent, working towards his CPA certification in MD. His accounting specialization is in individual taxation and small businesses.  He has 8+ years working with the VITA program as a site coordinator and volunteer for various organizations in the DMV area.
