Dr. Jessica Lee is the medical officer in the Division of Quality & Health Outcomes at the Center for Medicaid and CHIP Services at CMS. Dr. Lee has an adjunct faculty position at the University of Pennsylvania, where she practices outpatient pulmonology and ICU medicine. Dr. Lee has a background in health policy, research, and quality improvement, with prior policy work as a senior health care analyst at the Government Accountability Office, and projects with the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy & Financing, in addition to Denver Health. Dr. Lee has also conducted grant-funded research focused on the intersection of health care delivery systems and population health.
