Donnell Preskey

Donnell Preskey is a government / public affairs specialist with the North Dakota Association of Counties. She wears many hats at NDACo including lobbying and serving as the executive director for member associations representing Sheriffs, Auditors and Treasurers. Donnell's prior career was in broadcast journalism.  Donnell is one the board of directors for the National Association of County Information Officers.
