Danni Melton-Russell

Danni Melton Russell serves as the Policy Analyst in the Department of Technology and Enterprise Business Solutions (TEBS) for Montgomery County, Maryland. Danni oversees all policy development, policy updates, governance documentation, and audits related to technology.  

Currently, Danni is collaboratively drafting the County’s first Artificial Intelligence Guidelines and Data Classification Policy to ensure that the implementation of AI in the County is paired with governance, ethical consideration, and data security.  

Danni received her Master of Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and her B.A. from George Mason University, and she is a certified Project Management Professional.
