About Caroline Soga

Caroline Soga is an Associate Professor and the Program Coordinator for the Honolulu Community College. As the Program Coordinator she oversees 3 laboratory schools, as well as the Early Childhood Education credit and non-credit programs. Caroline has been in early childhood education for over 30 years and her experience includes teaching (birth through adults), administration at university-based programs (University of Hawaii, UCLA, and Loyola Marymount University, and coaching (Early Head Start/Head Start and Hawaii State Public Charter Schools). Caroline received her Doctorate degree in Educational Psychology at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. She also received her Masters degree in Early Childhood Education from Loyola Marymount University and Bachelors of Science degree in Psycho-biology with a minor in Applied Developmental Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
