About Camilla Rand
Camilla Rand is the Chief Strategy Officer at Early Care & Education Pathways to Success (ECEPTS), bringing over 30 years of experience dedicated to developing programs that support underserved populations in Contra Costa County, California. Her extensive journey in Early Care and Education has ranged from direct service to leadership roles. From 2010 through 2020, Camilla was the director of Contra Costa County’s Community Services Bureau, the largest subsidized Head Start and state-funded child care program in the county. She then transitioned to Contra Costa County First 5, where she worked as the Deputy Director. Camilla’s passion lies in advocating for young children and families. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Welfare from UC Berkeley and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from National University.
