Anuja Rathi

Anuja Rathi is NACo’s Managing Director for Human Resources and Talent Management where she leads HR along with professional and executive development, coaching and mentoring, career pathing, employee engagement, and performance management. She also oversees leadership development programs for NACo teammates and members. Anuja is a Gallup Strengths and Hogan coach, with two decades of HR, Learning and Organizational Development experience across continents and industries.

Prior to joining NACo, Anuja led leadership and organizational development, executive coaching and change management at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA). Anuja has implemented innovative learning and talent development solutions at corporates like Northern Trust, Hitachi and IBM. A go-giver and bibliophile, she is passionate about helping professionals discover their talents, unleash their potential and lead their best lives. An experienced coach and instructor, Anuja holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and global certifications in Design Thinking, Emotional Intelligence, DISC Profiling and Franklin Covey.
