Based in Austin Texas, Bill Higginbotham is a strategic focused leader with over 32 years of experience in IT and cybersecurity leadership. He advises on operations, budgets, risk management, architectures/infrastructure, contract management, security engineering, vulnerability/threat management, and strategy. Bill large team of consulting professionals delivers expertise in all cyber disciplines across a myriad of cybersecurity engagements in the State of Texas.

Prior to AT&T, Bill served in the United States Air Force for 28 years, providing telecommunications, enterprise networks, and cyber technology capabilities at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels. Skilled in operational excellence, transforming business and organizational constructs, strategic planning, and large-scale workforce development programs, Bill led many missions and projects fusing can-do attitudes of diverse teams with the capabilities of the world's premier air power.
