Tom Lynch

Tom Lynch is the Chief Information Officer of Cook County, Illinois, where he has also been the Deputy Chief Information Officer and Director of Enterprise Business Planning. Prior to joining Cook County, he was the principal at System Development Integration, LLC, technical strategist for the state of Illinois, Director of Information Technology at Chicago Park District and Director of Business Systems Consulting at Chicago Public Schools.
