Tim Wynn

Tim Wynn is president of Perfect Rules Inc., a parliamentary consulting company he founded with his brother Todd. He has received the highest credential awarded by the National Association of Parliamentarians, having attained the designation of Professional Registered Parliamentarian, which is bestowed only upon those who have demonstrated the highest levels of prowess in Teaching, Presiding, Opinion Writing, and serving as Meeting Parliamentarian. He serves many national and international organizations around the country and currently serves as the Head Parliamentarian for the United States Conference of Mayors and as Parliamentarian of the Biennium for the National Association of Parliamentarians (the parliamentarians' parliamentarian).
