Susan Reinhard

In her current role, Sue is responsible for the development and execution of product and underwriting strategies for a broad portfolio of employer and association group life, accident and health insurance products. In addition to overseeing day-to-day activities, she manages external business partnerships and supports the development and implementation of initiatives to deliver on the overall business strategy. Sue assumed a leadership role with Nationwide Employee Benefits in January 2013 after the acquisition of the Harleysville Insurance Companies. Her employee benefits career with Harleysville Life Insurance Company spanned more than 25 years where she held positions in operations, sales, business development and underwriting. She holds industry designations of Certified Employee Benefits Specialist, Group Benefits Associate and Retirement Plans Associate – employee benefit education programs sponsored by the International Foundation of Employee Benefits.
