Stephanie Bivins

Stephanie has been in education for over 14 years, has a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), and was a Center Director in Mesa County, bringing the center to high quality. Stephanie is a credentialed coach, trainer, and infant toddler specialist. She coordinated Mesa County’s community initiative to increase quality and capacity in Mesa County, building an ECE career pipeline for the community. Stephanie is the Director for the Partnership for Children and Families, Mesa County’s Early Childhood Council and Local Coordinating Organization (LCO) administering Universal Preschool (UPK), currently leading strategic efforts to impact the early childhood community.
