Staci Born, Ed.D.

Dr. Staci Born, EdD, LMFT (MN, SD), RPT-S, is an Assistant Professor of Counseling in the Department of Counseling & Human Resource Development at South Dakota State University. Dr. Born coordinates and advises the Marriage & Family Counseling and Play Therapy specializations. She is also the Workforce Development Director for the South Dakota Early Childhood Mental Health Collaborative – a SAMHSA funded 5-year project targeted at improving the status of early childhood mental health across South Dakota.
