Scott Kiernan

Scott has a history of nearly 30 years of DoD-related experience in Military Mission Sustainment and Air Traffic Control. In his role at TRMC, he works with State and Federal authorities, Industry, and he Military Services to address and resolve risks to National Security while promoting compatible domestic energy development. Scott participates in the DoD Mission Compatibility Process representing test capabilities, guides research study efforts seeking to enhance technical solutions to military capabilities, addresses policy issues, and develops outreach messaging and materials to better inform planning officials and developers of known mission encroachment issues.
