Scott Dulman

Scott Dulman leads Sprinklr’s Public Sector customer experience management (CXM) and citizen engagement thought leadership programs. He has more than 20 years experience leading product management, marketing, and business consulting teams for innovative CXM, Analytics, and ERP solutions at CGI, SAP, and Oracle. Scott has been responsible for developing effective content, communications, and outreach campaigns across the customer’s journey. He has also managed the planning, design, and delivery of enterprise software solutions at federal, state, and local government organizations.
