Ryan McManus

Ryan McManus is the Government Affairs Manager responsible for Water Resources for the American Public Works Association (APWA). Ryan grew up in Northern Virginia and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and French from the College of William & Mary.
His professional experience includes working on various levels of political campaigns, serving as a policy staffer in the U.S. House of Representatives for his local congresswoman Barbara Comstock and as an adviser to a member of the Prince William County Board of Supervisors. Ryan resides in Northern VA with his fiancée.
