He counts experience in multiple areas including budgeting, claiming, eligibility, enrollment, economic development, project management, transportation, federal funding, costing, cost allocation, and disaster recovery. He is also the national leader for KPMG’s state and local disaster recovery practice with a focus on FEMA, CDBG-DR and other funding streams.
