Robert Udell

Sheriff Robert Udell is a 32-year veteran of the Yakima County Sheriff’s Office. He has broad experiences in law enforcement, having been assigned to patrol, an off-road vehicle deputy, a DARE officer in schools, and as a detective working major crimes and crimes against women and children. Sheriff Udell has had leadership roles in both the civil and criminal divisions of the Sheriff’s Office. As sheriff, he is very involved in the community in all aspects involving community safety.
