About Robert Deen
Robert Deen is the project director for the Rural Responses to the Opioid Epidemic Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) grant and the Rural Communities Opioid Response Program Implementation (RCORP) grant at the Arkansas Rural Health Partnership (ARHP). Mr. Deen is a former clerk for the Arkansas Sentencing Commission and the Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney's Office. He is a graduate of the William H. Bowen School of Law and holds a bachelors degree in criminal justice from the University of Arkansas Monticello.
