Randie Thompson is a Director in the Compliance Consulting practice at Buck. With more than 20 years in private legal practice as an ERISA attorney, she specializes in complex health and welfare benefit arrangements and has extensive experience in both federal and state regulatory audits, investigations, and inquiries. Randie works with her clients nationwide to help them comply with ERISA and its corollary laws and regulations, including HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, and IRC.
