Phillip Walter

Phillip Walter has worked for Adams County, Pennsylvania for seven years and is the Chief Information Officer. His goal is to improve county public service delivery through relationship building, technological solutions, risk reduction and appropriate portfolio management. He is most proud of the fact that Adams County and its leadership have recognized the value IT brings to the organization and works closely with IT to ensure they have the support necessary to be successful. Without this support, the county would not be able to modernize and provide better service to their residents.
