Pamela Seaman

Pamela Seaman is currently Deputy Administrator for Adults at the Berks County MH/DD Program in Berks County, Pennsylvania.  Since 1988, she has worked primarily in the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities field holding varied positions in both the private and public sector.  Her educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in Social Welfare and a master’s Degree in Public Administration. She has recently returned to public sector work where one of her focuses is to work closely with criminal justice system partners to create comprehensive, coordinated, safe, community alternatives to incarceration for individuals with mental illness.
