About Paige Shevlin
Paige Shevlin is a strategic advisor for infrastructure workforce development at the Office of the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DoT). Prior to joining the DoT, Ms. Shevlin was the Director of Policy and National Initiatives at the Markle Foundation. She is a former economic development policy advisor for King's County, Washington, and was a special assistant to the president for economic policy and a senior policy advisor at the White House during the Obama Administration. She has also been the special assistant to the chairman of the Council of Economic Advisors at the White House, as associate policy director on The Hamilton Project at the Brookings Institute, special assistant to the chief economist at the U.S. Department of Labor, and an assistant analyst at the Congressional Budget Office. She has a masters of public administration in policy and economics from Princeton University.
