Mr. Doug Hill

Doug Hill has been executive director of the County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania for more than three decades. The Association is the voice of Pennsylvania county governments, providing legislative, education, insurance, technology, litigation and research services. Its membership includes the commissioners, chief clerks and solicitors, and their home rule equivalents, of the commonwealth’s 67 counties, and is based in Harrisburg.
