Mitsuko Herrera

Mitsi serves as the Program Director for Montgomery Connects, Montgomery County's digital equity program. Montgomery Connects is leveraging state and federal grants and County resources to: provide computers for 50,000 lower income residents; offer assistance to enroll in the Affordable Connectivity Program ($45/month home broadband subsidy); expand Senior Planet Montgomery technology training for older adults; launch Microsoft DigiTotz STEAM programs for lower-income children; and work to ensure that everyone can participate in the digital world.
