Melissa Mincic, PhD

Melissa Mincic is a Senior Policy Specialist at National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) and the founder of Peak Results Consulting, LLC. Prior to joining NCSL, she was a reserach specialist for the Denver public school system and a data operations senior consultant for the Colorado Department of Education and assistant director of policy and practice at the Marsico Institute for Early Learning and Literacy. She earned a PhD in applied developmental psychology from George Mason University.
