Melissa Bridges

Melissa Bridges is a Senior Client Success Manager at Tyler Technologies. She comes with twenty-five years of local government, non-profit, and international development experience.

Melissa played a pivotal role as the inaugural Performance & Innovation Coordinator for the City of Little Rock, serving in this capacity for six years. Her position was established as a result of the City's collaboration with Bloomberg Philanthropies' What Works Cities initiative, which focused on Open Data, results driven contracting, and performance measurements. Additionally, Melissa led the Data Governance Committee in developing citywide data standards and best practice documentation for data creation, storage, and utilization. Her impactful work has significantly enhanced performance, innovation, and data-driven decision-making within the City of Little Rock.

Melissa's contributions at Little Rock were instrumental in launching the Citizen Connect site, specifically designed to cater to the needs of neighborhood associations, providing them with access to vital information. Under her guidance, numerous educational initiatives were implemented, including Data Academies, Human Centered Design workshops, Open Data Day events, ROCK Academy, and an Innovation Academy centered around lean process improvement techniques.
