Marcia Dempsey

Marcia Dempsey is the Grants Program Administrator for Friends of Southwest Virginia and provides oversight and support for over $6 million dollars of construction and technical assistance grants through federal, state and private funds. Prior to Friends, Marcia entered the community and economic development field through work in El Salvador through the United States Peace Corps.
Fun Fact:  Marcia can fly a Cessna 172 airplane
