Lukas McGowan

Lukas McGowan is a senior advisor at The White House and the founder of Dirt Road Consulting and a venture partner at Mustard Seed Venture Capital, a social impact venture capital fund. He is the former director of the Community and Economic Development Office (CEDO) in the city of Burlington, Vermont, and is a former campaign manager for President Barack Obama and speechwriter for President Joe Biden.
