Lisa Witkowski

Lisa Witkowski is the Child Care Program Director for Workforce Solutions for Tarrant County. Ms. Witkowski received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Child Development from Texas Tech University. She is responsible for overseeing the federal child care development fund services for the county, including all aspects of child care assistance for families, parent information and promoting provider quality care. Ms. Witkowski’s knowledge and commitment to quality has resulted in building a system for young children linking services in the community to prepare children to be successful in school, so they will become a productive workforce employee.
