Kristi Ward

Kristi has been in the field of adult probation supervision for 25 years in Maricopa County, Phoenix, AZ. She currently holds the position of a Division Director. She has worked in the specialized area of domestic violence both as a case carrying officer and later a supervisor of a domestic violence unit. Kristi has assisted in curriculum and policy development with domestic violence and peer support. She currently chairs the department Communication committee and leads the implementation of the Justice Involved Women initiative. As a director, she oversees Standard and Intensive field units as well as the Domestic Violence program for Maricopa County. She is currently a member of the Committee on the Impact of Domestic Violence and the Courts as well as the Salvation Army of Phoenix Advisory Council.
