Kelly leads Buck’s Health practice and serves as Chief Health Actuary. She has extensive experience helping clients to design, measure, and fund active medical and life insurance plans. At the start of the pandemic, she led the development of Buck’s predictive healthcare modeler to help plan sponsors understand the cost implications of COVID-19 on their healthcare plans.
