Justin Loose

Justin Loose has served as the Chief Information Officer for the County of Berks since 2010.  His department is responsible for the delivery of all technology services for the County of Berks and the 23rd Judicial district.  Prior to his role as CIO, Justin worked in the telecommunications and banking industries.  He holds a Master of Science degree in Analytics as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and certifications in ITIL and Six Sigma.  He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
