Justin Loose

Justin Loose has served as the Chief Information Officer for the County of Berks since 2010.  His department is responsible for the delivery of all technology services for the County of Berks.  Justin holds a Master’s of Science degree in Analytics as well as an MBA.  He is a certified information system security professional (CISSP).
